Welcome to RescueLink Malaysia. By using this platform, you agree to the following terms.

Purpose: RescueLink connects the public, volunteers, shelters, rescuers, merchants and animal lovers to support stray animals in Malaysia.

Donations: Rescue donations go 100% directly to the rescuer's or shelter's own bank account. RescueLink does not handle these funds or take any cut. Platform support funds and merchant advertising are used only to run the platform.

User responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate information, treat others with respect, and not post false, harmful, illegal, or abusive content. Animal abuse content, hate speech, scams, and illegal activity are strictly prohibited.

Advertising: Merchants who advertise must comply with our advertising guidelines. Ads containing gambling/casino, illegal, or inappropriate content may be removed without refund.

Content moderation: Posts publish immediately. Reported content will be reviewed by admins and may be removed if it violates these terms.

No guarantee: RescueLink is a connecting platform. We do not guarantee the outcome of any rescue, adoption, or fundraising campaign, and are not responsible for the actions of users, rescuers, shelters, or merchants.

Changes: We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the latest version.
